Big Democracy Lab @ Interaction Institute for Social Change Facilitated the development of the Big Democracy Lab, a space for experimentation on strategies and cutting edge tools for public engagement.
Participatory Strategic Planning @ South Street Youth Center Led planning process that developed the 2016-2019 Strategic Plan for the South Street Youth Center, laying out a vision for catalyzing a network of centers to serve youth in Jamaica Plain, MA.
Participatory Open Space Planning @ Urban Edge Led planning process that developed Urban Edge's Neighborhood Plan to put vacant lots to productive use in Egleston and Jackson Squares.

Team
The founder of CJET Consulting, Carlos assists clients with participatory planning projects large and small through his unique mapping and visualization techniques, with a special emphasis on place-based, testable projects. A licensed architect in the U.S., he also has a Masters in City Planning from MIT. Carlos also promotes small business ventures through JPNDC, a Boston-based neighborhood development corporation, and supports JPNET Community Leader Fellows via his highly-touted coaching sessions. Lucy conducts research, writes, and serves as a thought partner on many CJET Consulting projects. She studied Political Science and Ethnicity, Race, & Migration, focusing on Urban Education, at Yale University. Lucy also directs a team of Teaching Fellows at Citizen Schools in Chelsea, MA, and formerly served as an AmeriCorps member. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is a U.S. Citizen.
